Here at Gilchester Organics we only work with nature milling that we grow ourselves. Our unique grains are specially suited to this corner of the world and are grown in pure, unadulterated soil, free from pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and agrochemicals. Only when the time is absolutely right is the grain harvested so when the mill goes to work slowly and gently unlocking the goodness, we can ensure a better gluten structure with the flavour and natural goodness intact.
