I am one of the founders of BuyGB.co.uk. I'm a regular at Peterley Manor Farm Shop and try to get down to Little Chalfont Farmers Market as often as possible.
My local butcher is Mayo Brothers in Chesham Bois - I highly recommend them, excellent service and amazing meat!
