Gluten Free Whisky Cake
Made with Gluten free flour,the fruit is steeped in a very generous measure of whisky.Baked with dark muscovado sugar, butter and freerange eggs the cake is decorated with a variety of nuts and glace cherries which enhance what is a rich dark fruitcake.
Our gluten free cakes are baked with great care to avoid cross contamination but if you have serious allergy problems,you should be aware that we do bake cakes with gluten in the same kitchen.
