Recently having been transformed by a full refurbish and extension , the Hare & Hounds is now bigger and better! Boasting a new larger dining area with patio doors out onto the garden terrace with a newly added stage for live music and the revival of the old ‘pig n whistle bar’ the hare and hounds has it all!
Being a traditional country pub we offer a wide range of fine ales, lagers, carefully selected wines and a constantly changing selection of excellent home cooked food.
Fresh fish is our speciality, not to mention our sumptious selection of steaks and of course the famous half a lamb shoulder!
A warm welcome awaits you at the Hare and Hounds, roaring log fires and friendly service... One of the best remaining traditional village pubs in the country, the home prepared Sunday Roast is a must!
