Scarlet Bakes
We are a small Hampshire based company run by two mum's who have a passion for baking. We have developed a range of home baking mixes which we hope you will love! We both bake regularly but were surprised to find that very few of our friends ever made fresh cookies or cakes. They often bought packet mixes from the supermarket but just didn't have the knowledge, ingredients or inclination to make something from scratch. However they all agreed that they didn't like the taste of the supermarket mixes or the thought of all the additives.
Our mixes are made with only the best ingredients (local to us where possible) and are very simple to make. All you need to add is butter and eggs. The finished product therefore looks and tastes fabulous.
We currently offer six different cookie mix jars - Rainbow Cookie Mix, Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookie Mix, Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, White Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Oat and Raisin Cookie Mix, a Gingerbread Baking mix and the most amazing brownie baking mix.
