The Chilli Garden
The Chilli Garden is a small family run business situated in a wooded vale in the Hampshire countryside. The Garden extends to just over 7 acres and is home, not only to us, but also to our two unheated 5000m² glasshouses where we grow our chillies from seed in organic compost. We tend our chilli plants to maturity totally naturally, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or other unnatural products using organic growing methods.
As proof of our commitment to the natural farming, we have become members of The Wholesome Food Association, a self policing body for small holders and farmers which holds the principals of organic farming in highest esteem.
We pick all our home grown chillies ourselves and then make them into the finest vegetarian friendly chilli jam, jelly, sauce, powder, pickles and chocolate on site. By using only the finest natural ingredients (like Apple Pectin for setting our hot jellies and jams) and our own unique secret family recipes, we can guarantee there are no other UK grown chilli products that compare to ours, be it flavour, heat or eco friendliness, and everything is free from any artificial colourings because there's no added colouring at all.
