Holly infuses the organic chillies in extra virgin organic olive oil and uses this in her recipe to produce Something really unique. The coconut is a companion to the chilli but doesn’t overwhelm it, but adds a little natural sweetness.

Organic rich milk chocolate fish
This is a darker shade of milk and falls somewhere between a milk and a dark chocolate, which means its got more cocoa solids and less sugar then a normal milk chocolate. We call it a darker shade of milk and its got a lovely mouth feel and melts beautifully leaving a lingering cocoa taste that lasts.
