The Smokey Joe Sauce Company is brought to you by Joe and Nicola Knight. Our time spent living and travelling in the Caribbean has given us a passion for island cuisine, inspiring us to recreate and share some of our favourite flavours.
Our unique and authentic sauces are based on a hotchpotch of recipes collected along the way. We began with our flagship Jerk marinade in the summer of 2009 and have grown rapidly into a range of delicious sauces and a Caribbean BBQ stall.
Each island of the Caribbean has it's own special flavour and we want to share it with you!
